Shipping

Please send products 1 week before the photoshoot date to

1026 N. Winnetka Ave. Dallas, TX 75208.

You’ll receive your images the following week, and your items will be shipped back the following week.

Reminders

We totally get it, life happens! That’s why we’ll send a friendly reminder one week before your ship-by date to keep it top-of-mind and ensure everything arrives on time.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Theme mood boards will be released monthly along with delivery of the previous month’s final images.

  • We recommend sending 5-10 products so we have flexibility in styling, with a guarantee that we’ll shoot at least 5-7 items. Whenever possible, we’ll aim to shoot all products sent.

  • We recommend selecting products that complement the theme and/or season. Newly launched items are great, but anything you want your brand to spotlight works.

  • High resolution images are shared via a private gallery link, through whatever platform you use. (Dropbox or Google Drive)

  • Yes! Items ship back the next business week after the photoshoot. Please provide return label.
